How to use:
- Switch on the scale
- Pull the scale LCD and place the scale on the ground
- Set Personal Record
Press "SET" to return on the machine. Press "Up" or "Down" to choose your personal setting (P01 to P10). Machine stores up to 10 records. Press "SET" to confirm.
- Set Gender.
Press "Up" or "Down" to choose Male or Female. Gender icon appears on left hand side of the screen. Press "SET" to confirm.
- Set Age
After setting gender, "age" sign flashes. Press "Up" or "Down" to set your age. Press "SET" to confirm
- Set Height
After Age setting, press "Up" or "Down" to input your height in centimeter. Press "SET" to confirm
- Confirm your data
After height setting, your data (Record number, age and height) will display on the screen. Then the screen will enter 0.00kg weight.
- Weight and Measure
After setting your personal data, scale enters 0.00kg weight. Now, stand on the scale. Until your weight reading appears on the screen. Keep standing on the scale, your body fat ratio and total body water readings will appear.
