Checkout Process

When you have done shopping and ready to order, click the CHECKOUT button. You will go to a Delivery Form page that will ask you to input information regarding to making your online purchase. Fill in the information requested and choose your payment method, then click the CHECKOUT button again. You will go to the payment page fill in your credit card/paypal information. Upon making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us and PayPal.

How and When do orders shipped?

We usually ship your order on the next business day by Regular Air Mail.

To South East countries, it usually takes within 7 days.
To US/Canada, it usually takes 7-14 days.
To Europe (except Italy) or other countries, it usually takes 7-20 days.
To Italy, it usually takes 20-30 days.

How to Track my Order?

In your confirmation email, there is a Transaction ID or Order ID, you can track your order through our online shop with either of these IDs.
